Šalov, Zorka - We are saddened to announce the passing of our Baba Zorka on Monday, July 25, 2022, but are joyful she is now reunited with her loving husband Ive Šalov. Loving mother of Anka Fatović (Mario), Zvonko Šalov, Zdravko Šalov (Mira), Blaženka Orlić (Stanko) and the late Zdenko Šalov (Nensi). Cherished Baba of Mary Pavela (Zdravko),Melissa Lima (Miguel), Mihajel Šalov, Ivica Orlić (Marinela),, Ante Orlić (Mira), Tomislav Šalov (Nina), Iva Šalov (Hrvoje), Lucija Raćunica (Jozo), Mirela Šalov, Vjeran Šalov and Damjan Šalov. Zorka will be lovingly missed by her great grandchildren Tatiana, Mateo, Isabella, Markus, Mason, Mia Marija, Dujo, Dora, Zara, Maja, Lovre, Tijaša, Toni, Luka and Victoria. Dear sister of Danica Mihelić (Branko), Milenko Pavlović (Rosanda), Mladen Pavlović (Irene), and predeceased by siblings Frane Pavlović (Nediljka) and Bože Pavlović (the late Luca). Zorka will be lovingly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., with prayers beginning at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, at Queen of Peace Croatian Church, 9118 Winston Churchill Blvd., Norval, at 10:00 a.m. Zorka will be laid to rest in her beautiful home country Croatia.
