Yoganandan Iyar

Yoganandan "Eric" Iyar passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 in his 58th year after suffering a stroke. Eric is survived by his wife Suhana and their 3 beautiful daughters; Serisha, Trisha and Serena. Predeceased by his parents Arjununan and Rajamah (Naidoo) Iyar. Loving brother to Veronica, Percy, Ivan, Venessa and Ryan. Predeceased by his siblings Eddie, Leslie and Cecil. Eric was born in Durban, Republic of South Africa. He lived a life full of warm memories and was surrounded by his caring family and friends. Over the years, Eric suffered from multiple illnesses but is finally at peace. He will always be remembered for his outstanding humility and kindness and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Eric's life will be held at Maple Avenue Baptist Church, 177 Maple Avenue, Georgetown on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 2pm, followed by a reception.
