Ortwein, William Garry "Billy-O" - Peacefully on Wednesday April 5, 2017 at the Georgetown Hospital, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie. Step-father of Rick (Sharon), Mark (Janet) and Dana (Jackie). Dear brother of Patsy, Beverley (Arch) and Frances. Billy will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
