William "Bill" Broadbent

Broadbent, William “Bill” - Peacefully on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the Georgetown Hospital. Bill, in his 97th year, beloved husband of the late Iris Taylor (2017). Loving father of Lynn Anne Broadbent (Gary Dolson) and proud grandfather of the late Rob Dolson. Dearly remembered by nephew Barry (Jeane) of England. Bill is preceded in death by his siblings Eric, Hazel and Brenda. Special thanks to the staff at Georgetown Hospital. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 1-2:00 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, in memory contributions to the Georgetown Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
