Thomas Gordon Taggart
(November 6, 1950 - July 1, 2012) (61yrs)
Surrounded by his family, Tom passed away peacefully at Trillium Hospital, (100 Queensway) Mississauga. An unfortunate accident ended a life too soon, but his journey on this earth has ended and a new one just began. Tom enjoyed life. A printer by trade, he was the best. He loved to play golf and play pool. Tom loved music, especially when the family got together and had a sing-along. He had a great sense of humour. Thank you to all the I.C.U. Team from Trillium Hospital, the Dr. and nurses were great. A very special thank you to nurse Kim Skeet, her gentleness with all our family and inparticular with Tom, they made a very difficult night more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of all our hearts. Predeceased by his parents Cecil and Agnes Taggart and his sister Judy (Imeson). Tom leaves behind a large circle of family and friends.
At Tom's request there will be no funeral. Tom's family will receive friends on Saturday July 7, 2012 at 3:00 pm at the Barber Towne Pub (360 Guelph St. Georgetown), to celebrate Tom's life and share memories with his friends.
