Terri Deanna Hammond (1966-2013)
Entered into peace with her family by her side at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, Ontario on Saturday June 1st, 2013. Cherished daughter of Ray and Dawn Hammond. Loving sister of Gregory (Michelle), Cheryl (Willy Koza). Auntie to Veronica and mother of "Princess Cheyanne". Terri will be sadly missed by friends and extended family. The family will receive friends at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Friday June 7th, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Celebration of Terri's Life will be held at St. John's United Church on Saturday June 8th at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held at a later date.
