Hancock, William "Steve" - Peacefully after a long battle with cancer, on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at the Georgetown Hospital. Steve, in his 69th year, beloved husband of Norma "Joanne" for 44 years. Loving father of Charlene (Philip Karn), Vicky (Mark Wyatt) and Ang (Pete Harris). Proud grandfather of Jacob, Abby, Gavin, Spencer and Grayson. Dear brother of Carolyn Lane, Marjory Lane and the late Dorothy Cummings. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Steve was a proud member of the Georgetown Hunters and Anglers Club. Jones and Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road., north of Maple Ave, Georgetown (905)877-3631 on Monday from 6-9 p.m. A Celebration of Steve's life will be held at St. Albans Anglican Church, 537 Main Street, Glen Williams, on Tuesday, June 16 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation.
