Lewis, Simon Martin - Suddenly on Monday, December 7, 2015 in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Jayne for 25 years. Simon will be forever cherished in the hearts of his daughters Stephanie and Jennifer. Dearest son of Roger and Wendy Lewis of Burlington, and brother of Michael (Veronica) and Paul.
