Shirley McCracken

(March 5, 1928 – January 1, 2023)

It is with great sadness that the family of Shirley McCracken announce her passing on January 1st, 2023, in her 95th year of life. Shirley is predeceased by her loving husband, James D. McCracken, and her son, Joseph. The second youngest of 5, Shirley is also predeceased by her mother, Ella, and her siblings, Ross Pantlin, Harvey Pantlin, Eleanor Taylor, and Audrey Ambrose. She will continue to be lovingly remembered by her son Jim (Debbie), daughter Kelly (Trevor), her two granddaughters, Samantha (David) and Taylor (TJ), and all those who had the opportunity to know her.

Shirley has been cremated and a private internment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers for remembrance, donations can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario (Halton), who were a great help in her final years of life.
