MacDonald, Shirley- Peacefully on Thursday October 31, 2013 at the Georgetown Hospital. Shirley (nee Cardinell), in her 83rd year, beloved wife of Ken MacDonald. Loving mother of Cathy and her husband Jim Glass and Ken MacDonald. Proud grandmother of Paul, Scott (Malinda), Krista, Ben and Brandi and great-grandmother of Haley, Olivia, Alyssa and Isabelle. Predeceased by her granddaughter Lisa. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Monday from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday November 5, at 1:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. In memory, contributions to the Georgetown Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
