Senka Jerkovic

With heavy hearts, our family announces the passing of Senka Jerković, born on November 13, 1948.  Senka passed away on Saturday, March 8, at Humber River Hospital, after a brave fight for her life.  She leaves behind her loving husband Ado, Mourned by:  Her loving husband Adolf (Ado), son Edi, daughters Dina & Ana, grandson Kaldin, son-in-law Deyri Peralta, her devoted sister Danka Petric with her husband Ante, the families of her late brothers Iko, Milan, Jozo, Žarko, Ljubo, and Ante, and the family of her late sister Marija Ćapin.  Along with her extended family and many dear friends in both Canada and Croatia.

Senka’s presence will be deeply missed, but her love, kindness, laughter and memories will remain in our hearts forever.

Mama, you are dearly missed. Your love and kindness will never be forgotten, and you will forever remain in our hearts. We find comfort knowing you are now reunited with those you loved. Rest in peace, Mama.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905-877-3631) on Friday March 14, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Krunica (prayers) will be held at 7:00 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held at Queen of Peace Croatian Franciscan Centre, 9118 Winston Churchill Blvd., Norval, on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Georgetown, with a reception to follow at the side hall of the Queen of Peace Church.

Ožalošćeni: suprug Adolf (Ado), sin Edi, kćeri Dina & Ana, unuk Kaldin, zet Deyri Peralta, sestra Danka Petric sa suprugom Ante, obitelji pok. braće Iko, Milan, Jozo, Žarko, Ljubo i Ante, obitelj pok: sestre Marije Ćapin. Te osatala rodbina i prijatelji.

Počivala u miru Božjem.
