Beardall, Scott Everett — Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Georgetown Hospital.
Scott was the beloved son of the late Jack and Joy Beardall, whose values and love shaped the man he became. He was the devoted partner and soulmate of Tara. They first met as colleagues and over time, their friendship blossomed into a deep and enduring love. Together they built a life filled with laughter, creativity, and companionship.
He was a proud and loving father to Kelly (Eric) and Dylan (Amanda), and a cherished Grandpa to Leroy, Caleb, Carter, and Arya, who brought him endless joy and pride. His legacy lives on in the warmth and strength of his family.
He will be dearly remembered by Beth, with whom he spent 28 years of married life with many cherished moments and sharing in the joy of raising their two children.
He was a dear brother to Jack (Carolynn), Don (Colette), and Colin (Karen), and will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends whose lives he touched with kindness and humour.
Scott found great joy in helping others and was known for his generous spirit. He loved tending to his garden and yard, camping with his family, cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, playing and watching tennis with his loved ones and woodworking alongside Tara. His unbeatable music trivia knowledge was legendary, and he brought warmth and laughter to every gathering.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Georgetown Hospital for their phenomenal care, and to the Halton Hills Paramedics for their compassionate support during such a difficult time.
A memorial service will be held at Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CAShh) or Georgetown Hospital.
