Sarah Jane Belshaw

It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of Sarah Belshaw proud parent, great friend and President of Solinst Canada Ltd on June 2nd, 2016. Predeceased by her parents Douglas and Jean Belshaw (nee Findlater), Sarah is survived by her son Scott, daughter Jenna, brothers Richard and Peter (Lygia), and nephews Patrick and Ewan. Born in Scotland and raised in Georgetown Ontario, Sarah enjoyed soccer, friends and family. When she became president of Solinst Canada, she proved to be a great leader, motivator and mentor, and she always made her staff part of the "Solinst family". Sarah was always compassionate and understanding, but with a strong business sense and drive. Great at balancing business with pleasure, Sarah always enjoying business trips for Solinst throughout Canada and the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and numerous countries in Europe. Sarah's enjoyment of life, her friends, and her continual home and cottage renovations and improvements, will be remembered by all with great fondness. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, June 10th, 6-9pm with services on Saturday at 11am at the J.S Jones & Son Funeral Home. A reception will follow at Solinst Canada on 35 Todd Road in Georgetown. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
