Ruza "Rose" Cesareo

Cesareo, Ruza (Rose) nee Mrcela. October 1, 1924 - July 14, 2016.-
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother and baba, as she was surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind her daughter Mary, son-in-law Mile, grandchildren Marianne, Daniel and Steven Ples; brothers Stipe and Mirko Mrcela with their families in Croatia and Slovenia; family, kumovi and friends in Ontario. Ruza lived a life of hard work, kindness, and devotion to her family, especially to her grandchildren. The unending love she gave will live on forever in our hearts. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown on Sunday, July 17 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., rosary at 8 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at Queen of Peace Croatian Franciscan Centre on 9118 Winston Blvd. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Georgetown.
