Ruth Jean Killender

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our amazing mother Ruth Killender, on January 22, 2021. Ruth, age 84, passed peacefully at Georgetown Hospital with family by her side.
She will be forever missed and loved by her son Scott, daughters Tracey and Brenda and grandsons Andrew, Jeffrey and Cameron. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late John Killender. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Donna, her brother Paul and the many friends she has made along the way. Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Ida, and her brother David.
Ruth's family would like to thank the wonderful staff and her very special friends at Mountainview Residence & Terrace for all of the love and support each of them have shown Mom over the last 6 years. It is appreciated more then you know.
We will miss everything about you Mom. Your kind, loving, gentle spirit will never be forgotten. You truly are the best Mom anyone could ever ask for!
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
