It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing of Ruth Coxe. Ruth was the daughter of Alfred Morrison and Mae Stull, both of Esquesing Township. She is predeceased by her husband Leonard Alexander Coxe and is survived by her daughter Janice (Klaus). Born in 1927, she was raised in Georgetown, Ontario and after the war worked for several years at Queen's Park, before marrying and returning to the family farm. She continued to live there happily all her life. She was a voracious reader favouring Canadian authors and the style of Southern Ontario Gothic. She adored her many dogs over the years and had a penchant for wayward mutts. She was loved by her friends and all who were fortunate to know her. Ruth was admired for her honesty and wicked sense of humour. She was a wonderful mother, forever loyal and true. A private cremation has taken place at Ruth's request. In her memory, contributions can be made to the Cancer Assistance Services, a private charity that supports cancer patients and their families: 222 Mountainview Road, Georgetown, Ontario. L7G 3R2
