Laidlaw, Rosie - Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday December 8, 2014 at the Brampton Civic Hospital, in the presence of her family. Rosie, 78 years of age, beloved wife of Gord for 58 years. Loving mother of Terry (Barb), Wayne (Deb) and Mary Lou (Bob) Vetro. Loved grandmother of Leah, Tim, Matt, Jordan, Zac, Amy, Annie, Peter, Luke, Marie, Seth, Lisa and Nick. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905) 877-3631 on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Maple Avenue Baptist Church, 177 Maple Avenue, Georgetown, on Friday December 12, 2014 at 11:00 am. Spring Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery, Norval. In memory contributions to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills or Maple Avenue Baptist Benevolent Fund would be appreciated.
