Batten, Rose - Peacefully on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Georgetown Hospital, in her 90th year. Loved mother of Carolyn Dixon (Dave) and Linda Williams (Steve). Loving grandmother of Cory, Melissa and Kyle Dixon and Holly, Brad and Madelyn Williams and 4 great grandchildren. Rose cared a great deal for the community having spent 30 years nursing at the Georgetown Hospital and carrying on her giving ways volunteering at the Seniors Centre. A Special thank you to the nurses on CTC for the exceptional care mom received. Friends will be received in the Trafalgar Room at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
