Ronald Hilts

In memory of Ronald Harvey Hilts, born March 31, 1934 departed peacefully on May 18, 2014 at Georgetown Hospital with his loving wife Dorothy, his sons and daughter-in-laws at his side. Ronald was beloved husband of 59 years to Dorothy Brandford. Loving father to Roy (Lori), Ron (Manon), Tim (Liz), Wyatt (Tammy), Terry, Joe (Adele), Kris and Rod (Tanya). Grandfather to Justin, Jason, Jessica, Tayler, Leanne, Michael, Amanda, Brandon, Joe Jr., Shannon and Elizabeth and great-grandfather to Aiden, Hannah, Isaac, Thomas, Alexander, Leonidas, Julius, Travis, Maddie and Summer. Ronald was a loving son to Catherine (deceased) and Roy (deceased) Hilts and brother to Harold (deceased), Lloyd (deceased), Loise, Leroy (deceased), Joan, Fred and Betty (deceased). His years lived here were well lived by all who knew him. Ronald loved the horses he would always watch on T.V. and Lacrosse. Rest now, your family will miss you dearly. Arrangements are under the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown 905-877-3631, from where a time of visitation will be held on Thursday May 22, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. A funeral service will take place from the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Glen Williams Cemetery. Donations in memory of Ronald may be made to the Salvation Army.
