Crawford, Robert "Bob" B.Sc. (Georgetown Yarn & Crafts) - Suddenly on Wednesday November 13, 2013 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Bob, in his 66th year, beloved husband for 43 years of Diane (nee Scrutton). Loving father of Robert, Scott and his wife Sam and Elizabeth (James Dunne). Proud grandfather of Toby and Noah. Dear brother to Reginald (Heather) and the late Patricia Loewen (Ted). Fondly remembered by his cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Bob received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Queens University and his Masters degree at the University of Waterloo. Bob worked for many years at Kodak and was a dedicated volunteer spending 25 years with the Georgetown Volunteer Ambulance and most recently with the Halton/Peel Genealogical Society and the Ontario Genealogical Society. Bob was a United Empire Loyalist. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905)877-3631 on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday November 16th at 2:30 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown.
