Bingham, Robert “Bob” –

Peacefully, on Monday August 5, 2024 at his home in Mississauga. Bob, in his 87th year, beloved husband of Barb for 57 years. Loving father of Steve (Karen) and Joanne (William). Loved grandpa of Victoria, Rebecca, Kyra and Sean. Dear brother of Jack. Bob will be sadly missed by his nephews Bob, Jack and Ian and by his nieces Lisa, Lianne and Dana. Bob was a tireless volunteer in many church and political endeavours, an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed cheering for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. Bob will be forever remembered by his family and friends as a very out-going and social person who loved to have a conversation with anyone who would listen.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday August 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment Coningsby Cemetery, Erin. Reception to follow at the Tipsy Fox Pub and Grill, Erin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society  would be appreciated.
