Reta was peacefully called to her eternal home on Sunday November 9, 2025 at the Bethell Hospice, Inglewood. Reta, in her 94th year, wife of the late John McGinnis (2010). Loving mother of Cathy, Barbara and Maureen (Tony). . Loved grandma of Nathan, Liam, Jack, Celena and Emma. Devoted and loyal friend of Jo-anne Boulanger for many years. Dear sister of the late Jimmy, Margaret and Therese. Reta will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Reta enjoyed music, playing cards and a "Good Martini". Reta was caring, fiercely independent and a devoted Catholic her entire life.

A Funeral Mass will be held Holy Cross Catholic Church, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown on Friday November 14, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the Holy Cross Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Bethell Hospice, Inglewood would be greatly appreciated.
