Rebecca "Becky" Patrice Armstrong

Armstrong, Rebecca Patrice– passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on April 7, 2025. Becky, 52, was beloved mother of Chloe (Ren), former wife of Glenn (Paige), dear sister of Mark (Susan), Martha (Scott), Peter (Lijia) and Matthew (Siobhan), and unique aunt of ten nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Russel and Janet Armstrong.

A lifelong reader, Becky was rarely seen without a book nearby - always learning, always questioning never one to accept something at face value. Her sharp mind and quick wit were constants in her conversations.

She expressed herself not through grand gestures, but through the things she built and nurtured. Whether she was in the saddle, at the easel, tending bees or sketching out plans for her next big Project (like the now-famous Hobbit House), she brought her full attention and unique perspective to everything she did. Her Farm was a reflection of her personality - unconventional yet beautiful, welcoming and full of life.

A celebration of Becky's life will held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the  Jones Funeral Home , 11582 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown.

Interment will follow in the spring at Limehouse Cemetery.

In honour of Becky, donations may be made to Ontario SPCA and Humane Society.
