1949-2020 It is with much sorrow that we announce the passing of Ray William Evans on Thursday, May 21, 2020, in his 71st year, peacefully with his family by his side. Loving husband of Linda (nee Hawn) for 47 years. Cherished father of James and Carrie. Predeceased by his parents, William and Shirley Evans and his brothers Danny and Edward (Ted) and his sisters Nancie Rice and Fay Reid. Survived by his sisters Barbara, Gayle and Dianne Hall. Cremation has taken place. A private funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, May 29, 2020, at 2:00 pm. (others may view by livestream). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Georgetown Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Friday's service will be private to Covid 19 restrictions.
The funeral service will be streamed online for all others who wish to watch.
