Paul Henry Alexander
Peacefully after a long battle with lung disease (berylliosis) on Thursday October 4th, 2012 at Toronto Western Hospital. Paul, in his 68th year, beloved husband of Soniya for 35 years. Loving father of John Paul and Alana Marie. Dear brother of Eileen Ayoung (the late Francis), Virginia Prahalad (the late Mohan), Irma Lutkin (Terry), Kerry Alexander (Cheryl), the late Yvonne Seepaulsingh (the late Jim), the late Geraldine Kalloo (Boysie) and the late Kenneth Alexander. Brother in law of Leila Moona, Ramdai Sirju, Dania Sammy, Lalby (Carol) Sirju, Bobby (Monica) Sirju and Danny (Shiroon) Sirju. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Rose Alexander and by his father and mother in law Jaikaran and Bachanee Sirju. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews. Paul was a leader in Sea Scouts and Boy Scouts in Trinidad and Boy Scouts in Georgetown and a member of the Halton Amateur Radio Club VA3 MSJ.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905)877-3631 on Tuesday October 9th from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Georgetown Christian Fellowship, 13619 Hwy #7 W. on Wednesday October 10th at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
