Nolan, Patrick Joseph ‶Pat″ - Peacefully, on Sunday April 17, 2022 at his home in Limehouse.  Pat, in his 75th year, beloved husband of Dianne for 53 years.  Loving father of Chris (Jessica), Derek (Caitlin) and the late Scott.  Loved poppa of Olivia, Shayleigh, Meegan, Isla and Abigail.  Great grandpa of Dominic.  Dear brother of Dominic, Anita, Cathy, Faye and the late Clarence, Gerald, Thomas and Kenny.  Pat will be forever remembered by his family and friends as a very kind, caring, genuine and loving person.  Memorial contributions to CASHH or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.  To make an online donation or a condolence message, please visit www.jonesfuneralhome.co   Family and friends will be received at the Acton Legion on Friday May 6, 2022 from 5-9 p.m. to honor and celebrate Pat’s life.
