Douglas, Norma Joan - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Georgetown Hospital. Norma, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Douglas. Loving mother of Scott (Debbie) Douglas and Pamela (Ray Bruce). Cherished grandmother of Ian, Amy (Jeff Wilkinson), Mitchell, and great grandmother of Savannah and Quinn.
