Suddenly, on Thursday August 30, 2012 at the Georgetown Hospital. Neil, in his 79th year, beloved husband of Dora for 52 years. Loving father of Teri and her husband Bruce Wenham, Elizabeth and her husband Wayne Doell, Peter MacKinnon and David MacKinnon. Dear grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his daughter Lynne and his granddaughter Hunter Lynne. Neil will be sadly missed by his many brothers and sisters and his large extended family.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Friday September 7, 2012 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. A Celebration of Neil's Life will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown.
