Bloomer, Neil Edward - Passed peacefully at Georgetown Hospital, on August 14, 2022, in his 84th year. Loving partner of Sharron O'Leary for 46 years. Dear son to the late Ted and Sarah Bloomer. Beloved brother of Sue and Chris. Cherished uncle of Leslie, Christy and dear friend of Ross. Neil was retired from Bell Canada, led a long and full life and will be sadly missed by family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
