Nancy Ferris

Ferris, Nancy Jean - Peacefully on Thursday October 31st, 2024 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, after 81 years of grace, humility, compassion, strength, and wisdom. Nancy (nee Atkinson) was the beloved mother of Mike and his wife Hilary Ferris, and Lisa and her Husband Les Carr. Proud grandmother of Mitchell (Michaela), Bryn, James, Orly, and Sage Ferris. Adored great-grandmother to Harlow, Sloane and Monroe Ferris. Dear sister of Anne and her husband Wayne Kurmey. Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers John Atkinson and Edward "Ted" Atkinson.

Visitation for family and friends will take place at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905-877-3631), on Monday November 11th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Food and refreshments will follow in the Trafalgar Room.
