Mureen Mary Mceachern

McEachern (Brady), Mureen Mary- Mom started a new journey on December 31, 2016 by joining her sweetheart Donald McEachern of 52 years ringing in the New Year. Mom's passing was peaceful with her family by her side. Mom was born March 20, 1943 in Glasgow, Scotland, she later immigrated to Canada with her husband in 1965. Mom followed her husband to the US for work in 1995 returning back to Canada in 2009. Mom volunteered at the Georgetown Hospital gift shop until her passing. Loving mother of Donna Simonsen (Gordon) of Terra Cotta, Allan McEachern (Norina) of Georgetown and Donald McEachern (Jane) of B.C. Cherished grandmother of Jesse, Brandon, Taylor and Ashley. Sister to John (Millie) and Anthony Brady. Mom is predeceased by her parents Sarah and John Brady. The family would like to extend a heartwarming thanks to all of the nurses and doctors at the Georgetown Hospital that took care of mom during her time there, also to the volunteers of the hospital for their continued support. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown on Friday January 6th, 2017 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service held in the chapel at 11:00 am.
