Michael Kenneth Warman

WARMAN, MICHAEL KENNETH ("Mike") - Peacefully, at Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, following an 8-year battle with Leukemia. His wife Pat was by his side.
Mike, in his 64th year, was the beloved husband and best friend of Pat (nee Syme) for 39 years. He is also survived by his brother Dave and his wife Karin, brother- and sister-in-law Ian and Sonja Syme, nieces and nephews Ashley and Greg, A.J., Craig, Brandon and Kaitlyn, and our newest addition, great-niece Addyson. Mike was predeceased by his parents, Ken and Marg Warman, and his parents-in-law, Bridget and Andrew Syme. Mike was a Chartered Accountant, who articled with Price Waterhouse, and then enjoyed a 30-year career in Investment Banking, starting with McLeod Young Weir and then through the ranks of Scotiabank after the merger. He will be sadly missed by many good friends and colleagues. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel on Friday November 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
