Peacefully passed on Monday March 6th, 2023 at the Georgetown Hospital. MaryEllen, at the age of 81, beloved wife of Sam for 59 years. Loving mother of Judy (Ray), Charlene (Kevin) and John (Dana). Loving Nanny of Brittany (Kris), Justine, Michael, Brendan, Sam, Connor, Madeleine, Ian, Bridget and Jack and great-Nanny to Remi. Dear sister of Theresa and sister-in-law of Linda and Gord. MaryEllen loved her family, gardening, animals and travelling.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown on Sunday March 12th, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church (14400 Argyll Rd., Georgetown) on Monday March 13th at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Georgetown. In memory contributions to the Upper Credit Humane Society would be appreciated.
