Mary Stone

Stone, Mary Margaret (nee Gunn) - returned to her heavenly home on December 22, 2017. Born in Bell Island NL on January 15, 1937, Mary was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Gunn, beloved wife of Angus Stone and loving mother of Anna-Marie (Lex Stuart), Michael (Karen) and Dianne.  Proud Nanny of Erin, Cameron, Holly, Matthew and Katie on whom she bestowed her greatest love and support. Mary is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law Matilda Gunn, Harry and Joyce Stone, Billy and Stella Stone, Theresa and Tom Lundrigan, Jim and Helen Stone, Betty Stone, Dan Stone, Margaret and Ed Dwyer, Martha Stone and was predeceased by her brothers Frances Gunn and Ted Gunn, brothers-in-law John Stone and Eric Stone and sisters-in-law Bernadine Gunn, Yvonne Stone and Vivian Stone. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.The family invites you to join them at the visitation at J.S. Jones Funeral Home on December 26 from 2-4 and 7-9 and at the funeral mass that will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church on December 27, 2017 at 10am followed by a reception at the church hall. Cremation will follow with burial later in the week. Donations to Cancer Assistance Services Halton Hills (CASHH) would be most appreciated. Family flowers only.
