Mary Bell Lawson

Mary (Bell) Lawson, recently died at the age of 89. Born on January 22, 1935, the daughter of Andrew and Jane Ransier, she was raised on a family farm in the Pretty River Valley near Collingwood. She became a nurse and a stewardess before getting married to Donald Lawson of Stewarttown (Deceased) and raising her two children - James Lawson and Diane Lawson Bayer - near Glen Williams. She is also survived by three grandchildren: Kate Lawson, Sam Lawson and Aiden Bayer. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
