Barnes, Mary Jacqueline (nee: Byers)

On Monday February 23rd Mary Jacqueline Byers of Georgetown, Ontario passed away at the age of 96 years. Jacqueline passed away peacefully at Crown Ridge Place, Trenton where she was close to her oldest son Gordon.

Jacqueline is survived by her sons; Gordon and Paul.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Morley and son Mark.

Jacqueline, will always be remembered as a wife and mother but also as a professional skater and Canadian Bronze Medallist in Ice Dance.

A Family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Sudbury, Ontario at the cottage on shores of Long Lake where many of her happiest memories originated.

The family wishes to send a thank you to the many staff at Crown Ridge Place for their care and compassion.
