Marie Blower (nee Smith),
Peacefully, on Saturday April 14, 2012 at the Twin Oaks of Maryhill. Marie, in her 80th year, wife of the late Cyril Blower. Loving mother of Raymond, Ron (Diane), Susan Jackson (Dannie) and Len (Laurie). Loved grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Kay (Lou) Scatton, Art (Karen) Smith, Ella (Allan) McDonell and Lynda (Glenn) Boncheff. Predeceased by her parents Mary (nee Black) and Leonard Smith and by her brother Gordie and by her sister Carol. Marie will also be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Floyd Golbeck and by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Friday April 20th, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral and committal service will be held on Saturday April 21st at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
