Star, Margaret- Peacefully on Friday December 2nd, 2016 at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Margaret, in her 86th year, beloved wife of Herman Star for 63 years. Loving mother of Tom and his wife Deidre, Bruce and his wife Vincy and daughter Margaret and her beloved late husband Michael and their children. Cherished grandmother of Brandon, Thomas, the late Akasha, Helga, Michael and Alexander. Predeceased by her sister Betty Carruthers. Dear aunt of Kevin, Andrew and Ian. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 pm. Funeral and committal service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday December 7th, 2016 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room. Cremation to follow.
