Margaret "Marg" Jane Henderson

Henderson, Margaret Jane – Peacefully, after a brief illness, on Tuesday September 9, 2025 at the Georgetown Hospital. Marg, in her 92nd year, wife of the late Harold Henderson (1997). Loving mother of Mike (Hermina) and Karen (Gerald). Proud and cherished grandma of Brad (April) and Robyn (Braden). Loved great grandma of Adelynn, Bryce and Brooke. Dear sister of the late June, Oak, Aubrey, Gerry, Ron and Jack. Marg will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Marg enjoyed walking, playing bingo and socializing with her many friends. Marg will be remembered for the love that she had for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Marg will be held at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Saturday September 20, 2025 at 11 a.m. (also view by livestream). Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room. Following the reception, Marg will be interred at the Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown with her late husband, Harold.
