Peacefully on Saturday January 12th, 2013 at the Credit Valley Hospital with his family by his side. Manny, in his 77th year, loved husband of the late Maria (nee Pereira). Loving father of Maria and her husband Jorge Ponte, Helen Pereira and Joshua Correia. Proud grandfather of Jessica (Nuno), Monica, Carly, Nicole and Joey and great grandfather of Christian. Dear brother of Arthur Correia, Maria Martins, the late Jose Correia and the late Joao Correia.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905)877-3631 on Tuesday January 15th and Wednesday January 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church (14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown) on Thursday January 17th at 10:30 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown.
