Leroy Alfred Hilts,
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Leroy Hilts, after a brief illness, in his 76th year, on Monday, September 24th, 2012 at the Milton District Hospital. He is predeceased by our wonderful mother, his devoted wife Sharon (nee Lemon) (2003) after forty-six years of marriage. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Kathryn (nee Norton) and his siblings Lloyd, Betty and Harold. He is survived by his siblings Ronnie, Fred, Joan and Louise. Loving father of Don (Mary), Cindy (Dave), Rick (Jackie), Jim (Melanie), Tammy (Dan), Lisa (Dave), Kenny (Irene), Brent (Tonya) and Mark (Tracy). Leroy was blessed with 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Leroy will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral and committal service will be held in the chapel on Thursday September 27th, at 2:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
