Peacefully on Thursday May 18, 2023 at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton at the age of 46 years. Lennette Palermo is survived by her loving husband, Frank. She was a proud mother to her boys Marco and Matteo. Adored her dogs Louie & Vinny and all that life provided her.

Lenny was grateful for all those who loved and supported her. She was strong and resilient had a passion for work and the ability to bring the best out of those around her.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home on Friday June 2nd, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hamilton Health Sciences would be appreciated by the family.
