Kenneth Joseph Flynn

Flynn, Kenneth Joseph – Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the Guelph General Hospital. Ken, at the age of 64, beloved husband of Lucy for 45 years. Loving father of Ken (Suzanne Pietrobon-Flynn) and Joe. Proud Papa of Cordelia and Katelyn. Dear brother of Patricia (John), Mike (the late Dianne), Gloria (Leo), Kathy (Cecil), Jim (Angie) and Terry (Tammy). Dear brother-in-law of Bill (Mary). Ken will be fondly remembered by many godchildren, nieces, and nephews. Ken enjoyed driving his 2007 Mustang convertible, fishing, travelling to his birthplace in Newfoundland, and listening to his favourite band, The Eagles. Ken will forever be remembered for his infectious smile, his desire to make everyone laugh, embracing his Newfoundland heritage, and being a devoted husband and family member. The love he had for his friends and family shone through everything he said and did. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Church, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the Holy Cross Parish Hall. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
