Ken James

James, Kenneth “Ken”– Peacefully, on Monday September 25, 2023 at Georgetown, ON. Ken, in his 82nd year, beloved husband of Jean James for 58 years. Loving father of Kari James. Ken was predeceased by his parents Kenneth James and Irene McPhie, his younger brother John James and younger sister Elaine MacKenzie. Ken is a loved brother-in-law, uncle, and great-uncle to many.

Ken was an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and loved carpentry. His favourite place to be was with family and friends at the cottage, where, upon retirement, he spent most of his time. Ken will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind and loving person who was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.

There will be a small service in the Chapel at the Jones Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
