McKelvey, Kathleen (1952-2023)

After a courageous battle with cancer Kathy passed away on February 27, 2023, at her home with family by her side. Predeceased by her parents Samuel (1999) and Kerry (1991). She loved her family and she will be fondly remembered by her siblings Sheila (Allan), Alex (Nova) and Brian (Martha), nephews Steve (Megan) Mike, Kyle, Graham, nieces Veronica, Samantha and Evie. Kathy enjoyed working as an early childhood educator and crossing guard. She volunteered her time at her church. She was an avid reader and supported the locate library. Thank you to all those involved directly in providing care to Kathy at the end of life. A private family celebration of life will take place.
