Babic, Kata - Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Kata, in her 91st year, beloved wife of Josip Babic. Loving mother of Donna (Robert Marks), Marian (Peter Colakic), Walter (Josephine), Amelia (Hugh Stewart), Nick (Maureen), Charlie (Anne) and Josip (Krista). Kata will be forever cherished by her 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, on Tuesday, May 29, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. In memory contributions to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills would be appreciated.
