JULIA KALLO

July 27, 1941 - March 15, 2023

After a brief battle with cancer, Julia (Julie) passed peacefully on March 15, 2023 in Georgetown.

In her 81st year, she was wife to the late Bela, mother to Bill (Linda), and Cindy (Tibor), grandmother to Andrew (Nathalie) and Nick, and great grandmother to Axel.

She will be remembered by her family and friends as an accomplished cook and chocolatier that was always happy to share her cooking and baking with others. Always remembering family birthdays and holidays, she would always call on birthdays and sing the "Happy Burzday" song. Many thanks to the healthcare team at Georgetown Hospital, with special thanks to the CTC unit.

Family and friends will be received at Jones Funeral Home on Monday, March 27.

Funeral service at 11:00 am at Jones Funeral Home, followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery, followed by reception at Jones Funeral Home.
