Joshua John Wloshinsky

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Joshua John Wloshinsky at the age of 37, on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Midland.

Joshua had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, with fishing, golfing, and exploring nature being among his greatest joys. Whether he was casting a line in quiet waters or enjoying a round of golf with loved ones, he found happiness in life’s simple pleasures, always embracing the beauty of the world around him.

Joshua is the cherished son of Heather Ann Piper (Jim Poulson) and Mike Wloshinsky. He was a dear brother to Brent (Allison) Piper and Chelsea (Josh) Genereux, and a loving uncle to Nicholas, Jonathan, and Brendan Piper, and Parker Genereux.

Joshua was also a dear nephew to Randy Walling, Violet (Dave) Kerr, and Paul Wloshinsky (Paulette Vinette) and a special cousin to Randy (Flo) Kerr and Johanne Kerr, and their families. His adventurous spirit and love for life touched everyone around him.

A private family service was held to honour Joshua’s life in the chapel at the Jones Funeral Home. We ask in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sick Kids Foundation in his memory.
