Goncalves, Joe- Peacefully, in the presence of his family, after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at his home in Georgetown. Joe, 51 years of age, beloved husband and best friend of Susan. Loving father of Nick and little Sarah. Loved son of Maria Goncalves and the late Antonio Goncalves. Dear brother of Big Joe (Brydie), Tony (Diane) and Sally (Joey). Loved uncle of Dani, Shannon, Alyssa, Grace, Alex and Leo. Joe will be sadly missed but never forgotten by all of his family and friends. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Tuesday from 6-9 pm. Parish prayers to be held in the chapel at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 14400 Arygll Rd., Georgetown on Wednesday, November 26, at 10:00 am. Reception to follow in the Parish Hall. Cremation.
