John Gerard Mitchell

John Gerard Mitchell, 85, of Georgetown passed away on January 18th at Georgetown Hospital. John is survived (and will be fondly remembered) by wife Margaret, and his children Carol Anne (Jeffrey), Deborah (Robert) and Mark (Jenny), along with grandchildren, Tanner (Jacqueline), Elicia, Xavier, Tucker, Bryce and Lorelei as well as John’s siblings, Sister Elizabeth, Father Robert, and Nancy.

Friends and family will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Friday, January 26th, 2024 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A funeral service to remember John's life will be held at Holy Cross Parish, 14400 Argyll Rd., Georgetown on Saturday, January 27th, 2024 at 11 am, immediately followed by a lunch reception.
